The Center City Power Friday is held on the 2nd Friday of the month.
Microaggressions are frequently talked about; however, how do you deal with them when they happen? This talk defines the experiences of microaggressions and the impact on the person and the workplace. Additionally, this talk will discuss concrete ways to address microaggressions individually and systemically.
Speaker: Tonya Ladipo, LCSW, founder and CEO of The Ladipo Group, is the visionary behind the region's only counseling and consulting practice specializing in serving Black and African-American communities. She is driven to help individuals and organizations develop healthy and sustainable relationships that foster growth and opportunities for all.
